Now, I don’t know if the orange-coloured macaroni salad was from KFC or not, but it was from somewhere, and this one tastes just like it! And, I’ve used Kraft Dinner to help me get it just right! PREPARING THE SALAD elbow macaroni 3/4 cup carrot diced 3/4 cup celery diced 1/2 cup red onion diced (or yellow onion) 1/3 cup dill pickle. I’m sure my friend, Vera, will know! I can’t seem to find evidence of that anymore, so I could be wrong. 8 ounces elbow macaroni (about 1-3/4 cups) 1 cup Hellmanns or Best Foods Real Mayonnaise 2 Tbsp.
